This restaurant and bar has been a favourite in the city for some time now and as of writing sits in third place on our poll. Named after the former Castle of Liverpool, Castle Street is one of the original seven streets Liverpool and in the past has been the heart of the city's financial district. In recent years it has undergone a "renaissance," reinventing itself as one of Liverpool's nightlife's most in-demand areas.
